After seeing Captain America: First Avenger how could I NOT make one? The body of the shield is a thick aluminum "spinning" that I had made formed of me into the dis shape. I cut and detailed the intricate star on the front and I built the accurate strap and bracket kit on the back of the shield. I also used special anodized paints to retain the spun effect seen in the movie prop.
